That police officer used a stun gun on that dog, right? Shame he didn't use it on the dog's owners.
I have to have one of those stun guns. I'd zap every troublesome dog on my rounds (and a few owners) and watch them scamper off next time around! Quick, hide, here comes that horrid Dogbait!
