THIS YEAR"S

FIRST SNOWFALL

Mauna Kea a little past 1p yesterday
One of the reasons I slept so good on Sunday was because it was raining. O'ahu got slammed. Most of that island received over 10 inches. Some areas exceeded 20 inches. The other islands had a nice 1 to 2 inch soak. Every neighborhood on O'ahu had power disruptions. There is a Kona Low sitting just southwest of Kaua'i, sucking up ITCZ moisture and dumping it over the State. Our first winter storm.

Some more pics from Halloween:

Yes, that is Kelsey Grammer ^^ and family

Finally, one of the local (Honolulu) TV stations has addressed the hoax about the murder/rape spree that was allegedly occurring in Kihei. Like I said a few days ago, it was obvious from the beginning that the rumors were just that, rumors. All from someone's e-mail.

Everyone have a great day and a fantastic week.
