This is the latest crap junk mail that I received yesterday. Seems strange that someone would use yahoo! to tell me that I won at Google. Also,, if you remember, you had to give your personal info when you signed up for g-mail or blogger or any of the other services that Google offers.

Watched Battlestar Galactica last night. The beginning of the end of their final season. There will be 10 episodes this year and then 10 more in 2009. I promise that I won't give any spoilers. BSG is a very well done show. While it is technically Science Fiction, in reality it is a weekly night-time soap opera/military drama offered in serial form and the SciFi part is only the background setting. It doesn't have the razzle-dazzle gee-whiz technical effects the genre typically displays. In fact, the effects are pretty cheesy. What it does have is excellent scripts, acting and a compelling story line. There are some faults in the on-going plot that I have questions/doubts about but I am willing to give it until the end of its run to see if my issues are addressed. I know it airs here on the SciFi Channel and also in Canada and the UK. I don't know about other parts of the world. SciFi also offers the program on the internet but it is probably blocked from non-US ip #'s.

Its good to be the (ex) "King"

The Clinton's earned about $109,000,000 over the past 8 years. Just a good ol' country boy. Yeah, right. I wonder how much of that ol' Bill spent on blowjobs?

I see that our gov't plans to shorten the tours of duty for our military in Iraq and Afghanistan. I think I have a better idea. Just bring our boys home.

Of course, our War on Terror has been as successful as our War on Poverty or our War on Drugs. Also, until recently, the current Administration was willing to ignore the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution. This is one of the major reasons we kicked the British out and formed this nation.

80,000 jobs were lost in the US last month. The talking heads are doing the normal lip flapping but are more concerned about saving Bear-Stearns than your ability to earn an income, feed your family and keep a roof over your head.
