There was no "last night". I laid down about 2:00pm to take a nap and forgot to double check that the alarm was on and slept until almost 2:00am. I have been really tired lately and it all seemed to catch up with me yesterday. Stayed up for a couple of hours and went back to bed at 5:00am and slept until 11:00am today.

Flying into Mau'i. This view is looking down at Kahului, where the airport (OGG) is located

Misting in the I'ao Valley, the second wettest place on the face of the earth
Lushness abounds on the windward sides of the island

A view from "up-country".
While no longer the mainstay of the economy, sugar cane is still our largest agribusiness.
A different perspective of Wailea
Front Street, Lahaina, at sunset
These "tourists" have been coming to Mau'i for many generations

We do have our ugly spots though, tragically.

"Let's all be careful out there!"
