QUEEN MARY 2

Had a visitor last week that I forgot to mention.

The Queen Mary 2 made a brief stop over at Lahaina. She is on her maiden Pacific voyage.

The pics are from the Mau'i News.

Here is a link to the article.

The Queen Mary 2 anchors off Lahaina on Thursday on a one-day port call to the Valley Isle as part of its maiden Pacific voyage. The Cunard liner is the largest, fastest, tallest and widest passenger ship in the world.

With West Maui in the background, one of the Queen Mary 2’s five pools includes a dramatic vista. The ship also boasts eight whirlpools.

The ship’s main dining room, the Britannia Restaurant, is three decks high and spans the full width of the ship.
