All week long I've been looking at today's date and wondering why it was important. There was nothing on any of my calendars. It has been bugging me. Then this afternoon the proverbial light dawned. This is D-DAY. The day that allied troops staged the European invasion at Normandy in 1944. "Band of Brothers". "Saving Private Ryan". "The Longest Day".

Thats the nice thing about having a brain that nags. It just keeps pestering me until it gets what it wants.
